Looking at the phenomenal trend BRIO GR.George Street had set in this side of Yorkshire , it was obvious that the "Concept of BRIO", the formula was successful, but something was still absent. BRIO's menu was missing the best selling product, in the entire world, coming out of Italy. No it's not Ferrari ....... it's the pizza.

Gianni's idea became a reality when He joined up with his brother in law, Franco Pardini, a well-knowned name on the Leeds restaurant scene( The Flying Pizza, Le Celle, Franco's Pescatore to name a few) He sets eyes on an un-wanted unit in The Light Commercial Centre in Leeds and They turn it into informal BRIO PIZZA, another success story in march 2002.

So much so that in the middle of 2003 BRIO Pizza THE LIGHT called for an expansion within the complex to cope with the exceptional demand.

Executive Chef Franco together with Restaurant Managers Armando Boci & Massimo Intini and their Teams have come up with an array of pizzas, pastas and insalatas  to cater for the very fast pace of everyday lunches. There is also a generous Daily Special Menu that includes fresh fish, meats & poultry.

Being at the hearth of THE LIGHT Commercial Centre which is host to a top Fitnesse Centre, a Multi-Screen Cinema as well as a top Hotel Chain to name a few, in the evening BRIO PIZZA welcomes clients from all walks of life and is very popular with families and parties and you can experience the alfresco feeling with its all-weather courtyard.
